2.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and em77. 3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or engage in any real-money gaming activity on the em77 Platform. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law. em77 strictly enforces this requirement and will suspend any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21, with any funds held in such Account subject to forfeiture or return at em77's sole discretion in compliance with applicable law.
3.2 Residency and Jurisdiction. The em77 Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for use by Players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. em77 does not accept Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register for or use an em77 Account:
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) em77 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
4.3 Identity Verification (KYC). Prior to processing any withdrawal, em77 is required under PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines to verify your identity. You will be required to submit:
em77 reserves the right to request additional documentation to complete KYC. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. em77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify em77 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. em77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). em77 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit on em77 is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya, and ₱500 via bank transfer or card. em77 does not impose a maximum deposit limit at the platform level; however, payment providers may impose their own per-transaction limits.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once verified, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. em77 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment providers, banking system outages, or force majeure events.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal may be requested. em77 reserves the right to require enhanced verification for withdrawal requests that exceed ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 in any rolling 30-day period, in compliance with AMLC reporting requirements.
5.5 Third-Party Payments. em77 accepts deposits only from payment accounts registered in the name of the Account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.
6.1 em77 offers various promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to these general Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion's individual terms. em77 shall clearly display wagering requirements for all active promotions in the Account bonus section.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. em77 reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses, and to void associated winnings, where em77 reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms in bad faith. This includes, without limitation, placing opposing bets across accounts or coordinating play with other Players to generate guaranteed bonus conversion.
6.4 Promotion Eligibility. em77 reserves the right to restrict specific promotions to particular Player segments, game categories, or geographic regions. em77 is not obligated to offer any promotion to any specific Player and may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
7.1 All games offered on the em77 Platform are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers.
7.2 Fair Play. Players must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities, or any other activity that provides an unfair advantage. em77 employs real-time monitoring systems to detect irregular play patterns. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately and associated winnings voided.
7.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game — including but not limited to software errors, connectivity failures, or incorrect odds display — em77 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to Players. em77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond the return of wagered amounts.
7.4 Minimum Bet. The minimum bet on the em77 Platform is ₱10. Maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. em77 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits where warranted by responsible gaming assessments.
8.1 em77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and must not be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.
8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may request self-exclusion from the em77 Platform at any time by contacting our support team or by activating self-exclusion tools within their Account settings. Self-exclusion periods may be temporary (cooling-off) or permanent. em77 will process all self-exclusion requests promptly. During a self-exclusion period, no new accounts may be created by the excluded Player.
8.3 Deposit & Session Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, as well as session time reminders and loss limits, through their Account settings. Reductions to established limits take effect immediately. Increases to established limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

9.1 All content on the em77 Platform — including but not limited to the em77 name and logo, game graphics, software, interface design, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of em77 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the em77 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without em77's prior written consent.
10.1 The em77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While em77 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and error-free service, em77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond em77's reasonable control.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, em77 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming opportunity, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.3 em77's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
11.1 em77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account — with immediate effect and without prior notice — where em77 reasonably believes that any of the following has occurred:
11.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, em77 will notify the Player via their registered contact details. Real money balances associated with a suspended Account will be held securely pending resolution of the investigation.
12.1 em77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and em77's Privacy Policy, which is available at em77.lat/privacy-policy.
12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to em77's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, AMLC regulatory reporting, responsible gaming management, and account administration.
12.3 em77 does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing is limited to regulatory bodies, payment processors, and identity verification service providers as required for lawful operations.
13.1 em77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory directive or law.
13.2 Your continued use of the em77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 em77 is licensed and regulated by PAGCOR. Players who wish to escalate a complaint that has not been resolved through em77's internal complaint process may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process.
14.3 em77 operates an internal complaint resolution process.
